Location:

Based in either Sarasota or Bradenton office. Your Role as a

People Services Specialist:

Support HR functions by assisting with hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation. Process payroll and respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Follow established onboarding processes to ensure all new hires meet compliance requirements. Schedule and coordinate orientation sessions, including document preparation and account setup.

Qualifications:

High school diploma (required). Proficient computer skills (required). Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred). Strong customer service and communication skills. Why Choose Concierge Home Care? Work Schedule:
