APP Properties (appjetcenter.com) is a domestic company operating four Fixed Based Operations at general aviation airports around the country and owning only hangars at a fifth general aviation airport. Fixed Based Operators provide corporate and business terminal and flight services, fuel, hangars, and other ancillary aviation-related services for non-commercial or general aviation passengers.
JOB SUMMARY
In this role, your responsibilities will include payroll processing, benefits administration, onboardings and terminations, and general HR tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem solving, an independent work ethic and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process payroll semimonthly for multiple locations. Handle new employee onboardings and terminations. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, onboardings and terminations. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures. Assist with compliance with labor laws and regulations. Handle confidential HR matters with discretion. Perform other HR administrative tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role. Knowledge of payroll processing using payroll software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. An independent, self-motivated individual excited to contribute to our team.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree from four-year accredited college or university in Human Resources or related field.
EXPERIENCE
: Three to five years of related Human Resources experience
