Position Overview We are looking for a positive, bilingual, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. While this role will support some HR functions, the primary focus is office administration and team support . The ideal candidate is a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a great attitude to work every day. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to office and management staff Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately Schedule interviews and screen job applicants Order and manage inventory of office supplies and employee uniforms Assist with employee onboarding and maintaining employee files Support timekeeping and payroll documentation Act as a friendly liaison between employees and management Help coordinate team activities and employee recognition efforts Support various HR functions as needed Must-Have Qualifications Positive attitude and team-player mindset Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities Bilingual (English & Spanish) — required Strong communication and organizational skills Professional demeanor and customer service mindset Proven reliability and references from past work experience Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Preferred But Not Required Prior administrative or office assistant experience Experience in customer service, staffing, or operations Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
