The HR Assistant will provide crucial administrative support to the Human Resources department, playing a key role in the daily functions and long-term success of our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about starting or growing their career in Human Resources, offering exposure to various aspects of the field, from recruitment to employee relations. Responsibilities Administration Manage, digitize and distribute mail at HQ at least twice weekly (in-office requirement minimum two days per week) Coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms, lodging, meals when necessary Provide support for CHRO and HR team as needed
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates in a professional and timely manner. Assist with the preparation of offer letters and new hire packets. Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement initiatives. Provide support for performance management processes. Maintain a positive and supportive point of contact for all employees.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in an administrative role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We are an equal opportunity employer.
