Human Resources Assistant On Site 2.4 2.4 out of 5 stars 8601 NW 27th Street, Miami, FL 33122 Professional Group is seeking an HR Assistant who will provide human resources support to various clients and will be based in the Doral office with travel to clients nearby.
Description:
The objective of this position is to represent the employees in their human resources day to day needs and to provide support to a business line in HR functions, as well as serving as support to the HR department team. Time will be spent at various client sites. Some of the responsibilities of this position include: Respond to questions, concerns from employees and management regarding company and HR policies, procedures, and programs. Manages the recruitment and hiring process which includes posting on job boards, screening candidates, reference checks, coordinating interviews with Clients and issuing offer letters. Process the onboarding of new employees and ensure that all system records are accurate (new hire paperwork, personnel files, etc…) Coordinate biweekly payroll with the assigned area, audit and correct timesheets. Prepare reports, employment verifications, I9s, special projects Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development or Business Administration 1-2 years of experience Must have knowledge and experience with HR concepts, practices, and procedures (laws, benefits, compensation, performance evaluation, organizational environment, recruiting, etc.). Skilled in effective communication and organization. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Fluency in Spanish and English languages is a must. Strong computer skills in
ADP, and MS Office:
Word, Power Point, Excel, Google Sheets. Ability to travel to Client offices.
