Human Resources Clerk (Full-Time) 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 7031 SW 62nd Avenue, South Miami, FL 33143 We are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Full-Time HR Clerk to handle clerical tasks at the front desk of our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner, providing basic HR-related information when needed. Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate HR personnel. Schedule and confirm appointments for HR staff Manage office supplies, ensuring the HR department is stocked with necessary materials. Provide clerical support for HR functions Assist with general office tasks such as scanning, photocopying HR-related documents. Help maintain the HR filing system, ensuring all documents are stored in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Required) Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor.
