Job Key Responsibilities:

Conduct background checks, employment verifications, and reference checks for all new hires. Request, collect, and verify all necessary employee documentation (licenses, certifications, IDs, work eligibility, etc.) Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats Ensure HR files are compliant with state and federal regulations, and ready for audits Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies Support employee engagement and retention initiatives Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Requirements:
