Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-driven HR Coordinator with prior experience in the hospitality industry , specifically within restaurant operations . The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) , detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a dynamic team in a fast-paced, opening-phase environment. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientations Maintain employee records, files, and HRIS accuracy Coordinate training sessions and compliance tracking (e.g., ServSafe, Responsible Vendor) Manage uniform distribution and track employee documentation (I-9, certificates, etc.) Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating as needed Help coordinate benefits enrollment and employee communication Assist with employee engagement programs, recognition efforts, and culture-building initiatives Support visa and J1 documentation processing and coordination Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws Requirements 3+ years of HR experience in hospitality, preferably in full-service or fine dining restaurants Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Familiarity with onboarding systems, HRIS platforms, and document management Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment Knowledge of Florida labor laws and hospitality compliance is a plus What We Offer A dynamic and inclusive workplace where culture and excellence go hand-in-hand Opportunity to be part of an international brand opening in Miami Competitive compensation and benefits Career development in a growing, global hospitality group
