$32.9K – $46.2K a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Full Job Description BABOR is expanding its team and recruiting a HR & Executove Assistant to support our growing day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be based in our Aventura, FL corporate office. We are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource and Executive assistant to join our team and support all human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company?s guidelines and managing processes. In this role, you may participate in the employee hiring process, help interview a candidate, review resumes, help process payroll, explain or negotiate benefits, provide training, or perform any special tasks required by the rest of the department. The role will be reporting to the CEO of the company. Essential Job Functions Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department. Support on processing payroll and supplemental tax filling. Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves. Assist the CEO in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration. Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews. Contacting references and performing background checks on applicants. Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters. Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees. Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries. Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees. Making logistical arrangements for meetings, including booking travel, making reservations or organizing rentals Transcribing or taking notes during meetings and writing minutes, memos and/or agendas Preparing or processing invoices or estimates. Packaging and shipping company equipment to employees. Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
