As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to help build our team, strengthen our operations, and support our growth.

Position Summary:

This role combines day-to-day human resources management with full-cycle recruiting. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, employee relations, and payroll management. You will play a critical role in building the team and shaping the culture at Cedar Gold Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and hire top talent Write and post job listings on major platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage payroll, time-off tracking, and compensation adjustments (Gusto experience is a plus) Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, and HR best practices Support a positive, professional, and performance-driven company culture

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a combined HR/recruiting role Experience with HR software such as Gusto, ADP, or similar systems Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll, and employment regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
