Responsibilities for a Junior Human Resources Assistant include but are not limited to:
Support the HR team with administrative and coordination tasks.
Run, review, and interpret HR data reports to support business insights and tracking.
Coordinate logistics for HR programs, training sessions, and employee events.
Manage and update content on the HR intranet or internal web pages.
Candidates for Junior Human Resources Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.

Bilingual:

fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.

Pay Details:

$31.00 per hour
