As a Jr/Mid-Level People Care at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Collaborate in administering and coordinating Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure the best work environment for all employees.
Support the management of HR procedures in alignment with the company’s values and needs. This includes assisting with onboarding tasks, identifying training courses, and organizing programs tailored to employees’ needs.
Contribute to the development of internal policies, playing a role in the company’s growth.
Manage the employee benefits program by reviewing existing offerings and exploring new options.
Perform operational tasks to enhance employee attraction and engagement.
Foster a comfortable, friendly, and enjoyable work environment for all employees.
Technical Requirements:
Degree in Psychology.
Over 1 year of experience in Human Resources or People Care roles.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) (nice to have).
Experience or familiarity with People Analytics, including culture and work environment (nice to have).
Experience working with remote employees in technology companies (nice to have).
