We specialized in servicing children with autism and those in need of behavioral assistance. Due to our positive growth and expansion, we are looking to add a high-quality team member in the following department:

Key Responsibilities Recruiting:

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for clinical and administrative positions. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process, including orientation and initial training. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Credentialing:

Verify and maintain staff credentials, licenses, and certifications in compliance with regulatory standards. Manage credentialing processes for new hires, including background checks, reference checks, and verification of educational qualifications. Track expiration dates for licenses and certifications, ensuring timely renewals. Prepare and submit necessary documentation to insurance companies, state agencies, and other regulatory bodies. Maintain accurate records and credentialing files in the HR database.

Qualifications:

1 year of experience in recruiting, credentialing, or HR in a healthcare or ABA setting. Strong understanding of state and federal licensing requirements for clinical staff. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Knowledge of ABA services and credentialing requirements is a plus. Accepted candidates will be providing services at our state of the art new corporate headquarters and behavioral health center located in Doral FL.
