HR Admin The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible forassisting the HR Manager. This position is responsible foranswering the phone, data entry, scanning, creating files, filing,processing paperwork, making job offers, conducting in-persononboarding meetings, and other clerical duties. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Be familiar with andensure Company human resources and payroll policies and proceduresare followed. Promptly email paperwork to Corporate HR Departmentfor processing. Create employment files for new employees in thefile storage software system Organize and maintain records,databases, filing, and storage in assigned areas of responsibilitywithin the Company’s filing guidelines. Make and keep a supply onhand of pre-employment and post-employment. Ability to read, writeand speak fluent English in order to communicate with fellowCASTmembers and the general public Qualifications High schoolgraduate or equivalent Previous experience in clerical,secretarial, or business administration preferred. Excellent verbaland written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft officesuite including Word, Excel, Outlook. Successful candidate mustpass a background search
