Summary We are seeking an Office Administrator/Human Resource Generalist to join our team at Lees Ice of. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our staff in delivering exceptional service. The Office Administrator will play a key role in managing administrative tasks and enhancing communication within the company. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization. Handle incoming calls and maintain professional phone etiquette while communicating with clients and vendors. Maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow. Provide clerical support, including data entry and document preparation. Assisting in documentation and communication – prepare HR-related documentation letters, disciplinary actions, performance appraisals. In addition you may assist with communication materials such as newsletters or announcements. Staffing – maintain proper staffing in the following departments: office, production drivers. Generating reports – role will involve analyzing data and provide employee turnover, training effectiveness and recruitment statistics Requirements Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role. 1 year of experience in a HR Generalist role is preferred. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel). Fluent in English, Spanish (is a plus)

Physical Requirements:
