We now have an immediate need for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator!

Job Summary:

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for attracting and hiring skilled, compassionate, qualified, and loyal caregivers to provide superior services for Flourish’s clients. This role is crucial to the fulfillment of Flourish’s mission. It might be perfect for a talented CNA or HHA who wants to move into a management role. The Recruiting Specialists main focus will be on recruiting and hiring. We also expect our team members to learn other roles and help out when needed, so this person might also be called on to help with orientation and training, care coordination/scheduling, and other human resources and front office needs of our growing homecare agency.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Under the direction and supervision of the HR Manager, the Recruiting Coordinator will: 1. Recruit qualified caregivers using a variety of recruiting sources, tools and services, including Indeed and other recruiting sites, social media, schools, and job fairs 2. Post and update multiple job listings on Indeed and other job boards or platforms 3. Review, screen, sort, and process job applications daily and communicate promptly with applicants 4. Conduct engaging virtual, telephonic, and live interviews to distinguish Flourish to candidates 5. Conduct in person interviews and make hiring decisions in consultation with HR Manager and Flourish office manager 6. Assist with all hiring-related activities including certification checking, Level 2 background checking and tracking, employment reference verification, completion of I-9 and e-verifications, drug testing, HHA-testing, onboarding, orientation and training 7. Report on recruiting and staffing process and results weekly 8. Assist with matching new caregiver employees with particular clients 9. As needed, communicate with caregivers and clients regarding day-to-day scheduling changes and substitutions, while assuring that activities are tracked properly with the web-based software database management system, Wellsky 10. Potentially participate in on-call rotation to cover after hours care coordination and scheduling emergencies on evenings and weekends 11. Execute other projects as assigned from time to time by the HR Manager or the

Agency Administrator Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

1. Self-motivated, dependable, hard worker, who is committed to the Flourish mission 2. Organized, detail-oriented, courteous, proactive, self motivated, dependable, customer service driven, with proven decision-making skills 3. Even-tempered, able to balance multiple tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment 4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, establish and maintain cooperative and positive working relationships, and work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds 5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills 7. High School Education required, college degree preferred 8. Prior recruiting and onboarding experience or HR Department experience preferred 9. Health care experience preferred 10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are desirable but not required 11. Proficient in key Google workspace applications including Gmail, calendar, drive, and sheets; able to quickly learn and become proficient in Viventium payroll and hiring platform, Hello Hire, Wellsky Personal Care, Indeed.com, and other computer applications and tools used by the Company.
