We are seeking an ideal candidate who can maintain our reputable brand of exceptional service, by providing memorable customer service, while enforcing the rules & regulations of the community. Our ideal candidate has prior security experience, as well as hospitality and/or residential services field. The following skills are necessary, including following strict professional service standards, understanding the value of teamwork and communication, and carrying the ability to establish a genuine interest with residents. Schedules Available Open, all shifts Role and Responsibilities Afternoons and Overnight schedule. Providing Safety and Security to the property, with a positive attitude and willingness to help Upholding client satisfaction by carrying the ability to problem solve, as well as uphold property quality Perform property tours, detailed report writing, and uphold strong communication levels with City Watch management and on-site property management. Follow emergency protocols, respond to any emergency situations at site, and have the flexibility to cover for disaster situations Collaborate in a positive work environment Perform a proper shift pass-on Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have the ability to multitask Must have a State issued Security D license Professional, articulate, and able to use discretion with empowerment Strong communication skills Responsible, and dependable Team player and ability to uphold our Customer First principles Ability to prioritize and respond swiftly to operational needs Must have the ability to follow specific post orders and complete training programs provided Education required High School Diploma or equivalent Experience required Prior unarmed security experience required, with one year of verifiable reference
