This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including data collection, benefits administration, and employee evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and experience with systems such as Kinnser. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Responsibilities Assist in the hiring process of home health field clinicians. Perform data collection and data entry tasks to maintain accurate employee records. Support payroll processing by gathering necessary information and ensuring timely submissions. Conduct employee evaluations and assist in the development of performance management processes. Maintain organized documentation for HR-related activities and ensure proper filing of records. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate onboarding processes for new hires. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Participate in special projects as assigned by the HR Manager. Experience Proven experience in home health preferably HR role or similar position is preferred. Familiarity with Kinnser software. Strong skills in data collection and data entry with attention to detail. Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processes is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
