Remote Required:
Required experience with Form I-9 processes and employment eligibility verification.
High level of confidentiality, discretion, and ethical conduct.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency in Excel and comfort navigating online platforms.
Private, secure home workspace (must be a room with a door and no shared access during working hours).
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build strong working relationships required.
Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information is essential.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Must possess strong organization and time management skills.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize projects & tasks.
Candidates must be proficient in MS Suite & technology savvy.
Must be team-oriented and highly motivated.
Responsibilities:
Support the digitization and audit of existing paper Form I-9s using the First Advantage (FADV) I-9 platform.
Initiating new electronic I-9s, verifying documentation, performing record audits, and leveraging Excel spreadsheets for bulk uploads and data tracking. Get in
