Role:

As an Operational Assistant, you’ll work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and play a critical role in keeping the business organized and efficient. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wears many hats, and is excited to contribute to both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the COO with daily administrative and operational tasks Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups Organize and track internal workflows, inventory reports, and vendor communications Support HR tasks such as interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee document management Aid in maintaining cleanliness and organization across office and production areas Help manage office supply orders and basic facility needs Assist in implementing and monitoring ERP or inventory systems Serve as a communication bridge between departments when needed Take on special projects related to operations, logistics, or team organization

Qualifications:

1-3 years of administrative or operations support experience Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Comfortable working in a hands-on, small-business environment Tech-savvy; confident using Google Workspace, Excel, and general office software Positive attitude and willingness to learn Excellent communication skills

Bonus:
