Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a HR Administrator I for their St. Petersburg , FL/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward
Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Deal with demanding situations, keeping calm and helping associates navigate what can be a difficult moment for them.
Carry out a range of HR processes to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion.
Resolve queries from Client Associates as well as candidates and former Client Associates by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring complex issues to others.
Help manage internal client relationships by supporting others to build effective working relations.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of HR data provided, and enter the data into HR information systems, following defined procedures.
Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents following detailed instruction. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office software.
Develop working knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.
Support the maintenance of multiple controls and documentation associated with the running of the HR Service Center.

Requirements:

Intermediate knowledge of the following highly preferred:
Workday

HRM, LMS, ATS

Human Resource related inquires
Other Human Resources applications a plus
Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives
Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills with guidance (but not constant supervision) to express ideas, request actions and interpret plans or policies.
Supports business processes with guidance (but not constant supervision) by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages
Needs guidance (but not supervision) to communicate with other people by speaking or writing in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
Uses an understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis with guidance (but not constant supervision).
Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to acquire, organize, protect and process data to fulfill business objectives.
Maintaining and improving documentation.
Typically requires an Associate’s degree and/or one to three years of relevant experience in a technical helpdesk or other technical support environment or combination of education, training and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree preferred.
