Duties and Responsibilities:

• Remain alert and aware of the surroundings
• Able to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
• Possess empathetic abilities in dealing with the public and their questions
• Relay information regarding events or situations that may affect operations.
• Protect property from theft or damage, or persons from hazards or interference
• Performs periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment

Requirements:

• -Valid State of Florida Class “D” Security License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent Written and Verbal English Skills
• Excellent Customer Service
• Valid Driver’s License
• First Aid/CPR a plus
