Pay Rate:

$22.00 – $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs. As an Human Resource Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll processing, and employee relations. This is a non-entry-level position that requires hands-on experience in multiple HR disciplines.

Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs Assist with payroll entry and processing Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Provide support for employee relations and communications Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Perform other HR-related duties as assigned Occasionally lift and move items up to 25 lbs

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of human resources experience Proficiency in recruiting, training coordination, and payroll Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask
