Full Job Description Summary:
As an Human Resources Specialist in our practice, you will be instrumental in recruiting, rewarding, and retaining compassionate and dedicated individuals to care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for team members specific to NIOS and ASC. Track relevant metrics to support team member payroll including leaves of absence, FMLA status, sick days, hours worked, overtime. Maintain paperwork related to leaves of absence, worker’s comp injuries, and occurrences. Coordinate new hire and annual benefit enrollment activities. Support managers in sourcing applicants, screening candidates, and conducting onsite interviews for open positions. Partner with managers to facilitate the process of on-boarding and off-boarding team members. Assist with planning and hosting employee training and engagement programs. Update and publish the practice’s human resources policies and procedures as needed. Confirm quarterly check-ins and annual performance reviews are conducted and properly documented by supervisors. Serve as a non-partisan witness, supporting managers in documenting progressive disciplinary sessions. Partner with the Director of Financial Operations to complete annual reports specific to team members including the EEOC survey, US census, ACA filing and Workers’ Compensation Audit.
