HR Recruiting Coordinator New South Medical Acworth, GA 30101 • Hybrid work Job Summary The Human Resources Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication between employees and management. This position is integral to the recruitment process, employee orientation, and maintaining HR systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and be proficient in HRIS systems such as Paychex and ADP. Duties Assist in the recruitment process, including managing job postings. Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture. Maintain accurate time-off records in Gusto, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Collaborate with HR Director to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits if asked. Assist with payroll support and data entry Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including performance management and compliance reporting. Oversee onboarding and act as a liaison for candidates. Skills/Qualifications Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Gusto and Workday for efficient data management. Experience with employee orientation processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams.
