Description:
Facilitating the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and introducing new employees to company culture and policies Managing I-9 documentation and other on-boarding forms Providing clerical/administrative support to one or more functional areas of human resources, such as personnel records, benefits and other HR areas as needed Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and other HR programs as needed Responding to employment verification requests Checking the accuracy and completion of group insurance enrollment forms and processing them under the organization’s various benefit plans #LI-KM1
Requirements:
Minimum of a two years work related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Application of vocational or administrative skills and methods taught in specialized training and/or learned through formal apprenticeships
