In this role, you will perform a variety of general administrative duties related to Human Resources. Pay Rate $18.50 per hour plus monthly bonus based on facility goals Increase $.50 at 6 months 1 Year, 1 ½ Years, and 2 Years Schedule and Hours Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Bilingual Human Resource Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Process weekly payroll Assist Generalist in day-to-day operations Filing and storing personnel data Projects revolving around HR 5s Assisting with light recruiting efforts (putting flyers up around town, making online posts) Answering phones responding to emails.
