DESCRIPTION
Under direction of the CFO and VP of HR, the HR Generalist is responsible for Benefits Administration, ADP data entry, management of server files, updating job postings, assist with garnishments, withholding orders, and supporting other HR-related administrative tasks, as required. Bi-lingual/Spanish and English is required.
DUTIES:
Manage employee records and computer records updated with current employee information, i.e. rates, W4 status, benefit status, address or telephone numbers, etc. Maintain accurate data in HRIS/Payroll system. Ability to create HR reports via excel spreadsheets, power point, and word documents. Respond to questions related to payroll policies. Comprehend and answer questions related to HR policies. Complete other related administrative and HR duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bi-lingual Spanish/English is required. Excellent client service and communication skills. Ability to work in a team oriented environment Ability to interact with vendors verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment. Must possess sound decision making skills and multi-task while working in an environment of stress with specific deadlines Bachelor’s degree preferred.
