Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Payroll Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the daily operations and activities of the human resources department by providing administrative support. This position will be a back up to the Payroll Generalist answering questions for employees. This is a possible Temp to Hire opportunity and you Must be able to work 100% Onsite.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of Human Resources Generalist, Including payroll support High school diploma required

Preferred Requirements:

College Degree or Certificate in HR. Union experience is highly preferred At least 1 years of payroll experience Customer service oriented with excellent listening skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Flexible and easily transitions between changing priorities. Proficiency/expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a solid comfort level working in HR systems or learning new systems. Functional knowledge of WorkDay preferred.

salary:

$21•$21.8 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM•5
