Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator The Anderson Centers 3225 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30005 Join Our Team as a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator! We are currently seeking an Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to play a key role in shaping our internal operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and is passionate about creating a great employee experience. As our first dedicated HR team member, you’ll take ownership of recruiting, onboarding, and foundational HR processes. You’ll work closely with leadership to design and implement systems that support the hiring, retention, and engagement of high-quality clinical and administrative staff. This role blends hands-on coordination with the opportunity to influence company culture and growth strategy.
Responsibilities Recruiting:
Post and manage job listings across hiring platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Source and screen applicants for clinical and administrative roles Coordinate and schedule interviews Create and manage an applicant tracking system Develop a scalable hiring workflow and applicant tracking process Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and hiring documentation
Onboarding:
Design and implement a structured onboarding experience Ensure all required documentation and certifications are collected and compliant (TB tests, CPR, RBT certifications, etc.) Facilitate orientation and communicate with clinical teams for training and shadowing Monitor onboarding progress and gather feedback for improvement
HR & Administrative Support:
Build and maintain organized employee files and credential tracking systems Assist in developing HR policies, handbooks, and procedures Support compliance with HIPAA, labor laws, and credentialing standards Partner with leadership to build a positive and supportive team culture Track credential renewals and compliance documentation Support staff with HR-related questions and policy guidance Collaborate with leadership on employee engagement initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or onboarding experience (healthcare or ABA setting preferred) Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization is a plus Knowledge of ABA staff roles and credentialing is a plus (RBT, BCBA, etc.) Strong understanding of the hiring needs for ABA roles (RBTs, BCBAs) Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy and experienced with HR platforms or applicant tracking systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS or ATS systems Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Supportive and mission-driven team culture A voice in building company culture and systems Growth potential in a mission-driven startup Why Join Us?
