Administrative Assistant – HR 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars 98 Patterson Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30044 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our HR team and staff in our Lawrenceville branch. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience or interest in HR and Employee Support, a keen eye for detail, the ability to multitask, and assist a wide variety of people using multiple communication styles.
Responsibilities HR Support:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes Assist with Benefits Administration Assist with Payroll Processing Address employee concerns and questions related to HR policies Manage and maintain records, files, and databases. HR Team General Administration:
Manage office supplies and equipment Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails and mail and correspondence Provide administrative support to branch management Assist with event planning and coordination as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth functioning of the branch office Provide excellent customer service and support
Required Experience:
Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices. Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems is required. Strong attention to detail with proven proofreading skills is necessary for maintaining high-quality documentation. Experience in Human Resources, office support or administrative support role Able to maintain extreme confidentiality of employee information Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint “Preferred”
Experience:
Being bilingual in Spanish and English, is advantageous in this role, but not required. Experience in any of the following software: Paylocity, Service Titan, Microsoft SharePoint.
