HR Manager Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day HR functions at our Columbus Foundry. This individual will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, playing a key role in cultivating a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Assist with new employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination. Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Support administration of employee benefits programs and open enrollment. Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits. Help implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements. Assist with time and attendance tracking and payroll preparation. Support engagement initiatives and employee recognition programs.

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Knowledge of federal and state labor laws (FMLA, FLSA, EEO, etc.). Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, UKG).
