Recruiting Coordinator 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Conyers, GA 30012 Right at Home is looking for a Recruiter! Recruiter will oversee our recruiting, hiring and retention of employees for both the Covington and Snellville locations. Recruiter will operate through various recruiting platforms already established, perform interviews and onboard new employees. We are looking for candidates who have interviewing experience. Candidates from staffing agencies or large healthcare networks will be successful here. Must be detail and people oriented and very organized. Hours are Monday through Friday 8a-5p. Starting salary at $50,000 with opportunity to grow!
Job Functions of Recruiter:
- Conducts phone and in-person care staff interviews
- Pre-plans weekly recruiting and onboarding activities
- Builds candidate pipeline by building relationships
- Conducts all required new hire processing and orientation
- Aligns company with all state regulations
Job Requirements of Recruiter:
- Two years minimum in recruiting, high volume recruiting preferred
- Recruiter will exhibit high sense of urgency in recruiting new talent and placements
- Associates in Human Resources, Business Administration or Related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (this position is on-site Mon – Fri)
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
