Support recruiting and HR administrative tasks
Screen and interview candidates
Schedule appointments, assessments, and orientations
Conduct background checks and drug testing
Maintain recruitment records and documentation
Assist with receptionist duties and orientation processing
Communicate candidate progress with Staffing Specialists
Participate in monthly audits and inventory management
Attend branch meetings and support office logistics
