Full Job Description Recruiter Coordinator Summary of Job:

The Recruiter Coordinator is involved in assisting with administrative aspects of the recruiting process, including receiving and addressing all walk-ins to the HR / TA office, answering phone calls, relaying messages, and other administrative tasks. This position works collaboratively with the Area Recruitment Manager, the People Manager, operations leadership, employees, and candidates to ensure all duties are handled thoroughly, efficiently, and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable proficiencies in administrative duties, have excellent communication skills, and will provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers. Additionally, this candidate will be highly engaged, display excellent discretion given the sensitive nature of the information they will be exposed to, and will have a high sense of urgency.

Job Functions:

Greets and addresses any needs presented by all visitors to the HR / TA Office Answers telephone calls and relays messages to appropriate party Processes employee requests and provides relevant information to include pay stubs, tax forms and direct deposit enrollment Assists in scheduling interviews and New Hire Orientations Assists in preparing and organizing documents that are presentable to our clients Performs other related duties as required Requirements High School Diploma, some college is preferred Minimum of 1-year relevant administrative experience High level of proficiency with MS Office suite, scanner, copier and multi-line phone Employee Benefits Employee Assistance Program What’s In It for
