HR Assistant for

Staffing Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our home health company. The ideal candidate will assist with staffing needs, ensuring that our team is well-supported and efficiently managed. This role offers a starting pay of $13 per hour, with consideration for a pay increase upon hire.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Coordinate and schedule interviews and training sessions. Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks. Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Monitor and manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation. Be available to be on call one week/weekend every 4th weekend.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or related field is a plus. Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Employment Type:

Part-time, Mon to Fri 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Compensation:
