What You’ll Be Doing:
Recruitment & Hiring:
Assist with hiring for mental health professionals and office staff in the Shreveport and Minden offices.
Onboarding:
Complete background checks, employment and education verifications, and ensure drug screening and TB test results are completed before official offers are made.
New Hire Setup:
Perform E-Verify, create ID badges, and ensure all new hire documents are complete before orientation.
Orientation & Training:
Schedule and lead orientation, provide on-the-job training, and ensure EHR (Electronic Health Record) and NPI registrations are completed.
Compliance & Monitoring:
Ensure 90-day evaluations are scheduled and documents collected. Conduct monthly audits of employee files (minimum 25%). Check the employee registry monthly. Schedule CPR classes for new hires and renewals.
Staff Support:
Assist with complaints and concerns from staff. Participate in verbal warnings, write-ups, and annual staff evaluations.
Offboarding:
Complete exit interviews, collect all required documentation, and ensure staff have signed notes and submitted summaries.
Communication & Admin:
Maintain updated MCO rosters. Submit
MST TAMS
documentation. Coordinate quarterly newsletters for staff, clients, and stakeholders (March, June, September, December).
Support Accreditation & Culture:
Help with CARF preparation and attend annual trainings. ⸻
