Full Job Description Job Purpose:

The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the recruitment function. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining applicant information within the applicant tracking system, assist with all aspects of new hire orientation, and support HR generalist in organizing and attending recruitment events. Essential Job Functions including, but not limited to: Reviewing and screening applications daily. Communicating with hiring managers daily to ensure timely scheduling of interviews. Serves as the first point of contact to all applicants to help troubleshoot and provide guidance when necessary. Sets up interview appointments daily. Schedules credentialing appointments when appropriate. Ensures compliance with credentialing requirements for candidates. Initiates background screenings in ADP. Executes all tasks in preparation for new hire orientation. Tasks include access requests, orientation folder creation, and breakfast and lunch order. Ensures all required documentation is completed by new employee prior to orientation. Attends New Hire orientation to assist HR Generalist. Maintains recruiting and orientation supply inventory. Maintains all employee files, paper and electronic. Responsible for data entry, filing, scanning, and uploading into HRIS system. Maintains human resources information system records. Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Provide HR support to employees as needed. Assists HR Generalist and HR Manager with all administrative tasks as needed.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred. At least 1 year of previous experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or related role.
