Shift :

Monday

• Friday | 7 AM
• 3 PM or 7 AM
• 4 PM (With a 1-hour lunch break)

Pay :

$20 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements :

Previous office administrative experience Experience in an onboarding or human resources role Excellent customer service and computer skills Ability to multi-task effectively

Onboarding Coordinator Responsibilities :

Guide new hires through a seamless onboarding process , ensuring successful integration into the organization. Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company’s values and culture. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions, covering the company’s mission, vision, policies, and procedures. Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process. Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth transitions for new employees. Ensure completion of necessary paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and other required documentation. Monitor new employees’ progress and integration, identifying challenges and providing support when needed. Assist new hires with IT setup and other logistical needs.
