We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our hiring efforts across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will help ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers while supporting various HR-related tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and conducting initial screening interviews. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Support the onboarding process by organizing paperwork and ensuring timely completion of new hire documentation. Conduct exit interviews and assist with the offboarding process. Collaborate with HR team members to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies. Propose innovative ways to attract and retain top talent. Maintain organized recruitment records and documentation. Assist with data collection and reporting to identify trends and evaluate recruitment costs. Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment coordination. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate communication best practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Gmail). Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Self-starter with a proactive and positive approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
