Interior Exterior Building Supply is headquartered in New Orleans with 32 branches located throughout the Southeast Region. This position will be based in New Orleans, LA as part of our Corporate Team! This is a new position for our company and with our continued growth in the industry we are looking to expand and build onto our HR Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in all areas of Human Resources with a strong background in HRIS. This is an administrative position. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in growing their HR career, who takes direction well and is eager to learn. This position will report directly to the Director of Human Resources. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of all employees. Work closely with managers to ensure onboarding is completed timely and that the employee has a positive experience when joining our company. Administers the background screening and drug screening process and advises management on results. Reconciliation of monthly benefit bills. Assist with gathering documentation for corrective action. Complete verification of employment and unemployment requests Manage service award program. Coordinate apparel orders for company Assist with employee engagement initiatives throughout the company. Prepare management reports and assist in the development and design of HR forms. Help create an organized electronic filing system within the HRIS database
- maintain all employee files. Process all static changes as they occur. Assist with the maintenance of the HRIS (ADP) self-service portal for managers and employees. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with HRIS systems
- preferably ADP. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. Experience with recruitment, employee relations, file management, I9 management and any other Human Resources function. Bilingual

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required.
