Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. This role plays a key part in promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to staff and leadership on a range of HR-related matters Perform administrative tasks related to the implementation and maintenance of HR programs and initiatives Manage the full recruitment and employment life cycle, including: Job postings, candidate outreach, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation Conducting exit interviews and overseeing the offboarding process Serve as a point of contact and administrator for employee leaves, including PFML and FMLA accommodations Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records Conduct background checks and manage compliance tracking Address employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Maintain and update employee records in axis care systems Support performance management and employee development initiatives Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities Provide support with employee relations and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Perform other HR duties and projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years of HR experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of HR principles and employment law Proficiency Microsoft, Excel Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture that fosters growth, development, and employee satisfaction.
