CFS has teamed up with an award-winning nonprofit organizationto identify an Accountant & HR Administrator to join theirclose-knit team. Our client was founded in 1980, and has a missionto improve mathematics education for students of all ages.
Highlights of the Accountant & HR Administrator opportunity: Ourclient is a nonprofit company that has an educational philosophycentered around mathematical modeling: using mathematical tools toexplore real-world problems Our client has won dozens of academicand television awards, and developed two PBS television seriesHybrid schedule with flexible daily hours Competitive benefitsAccountant & HR Administrator ‘s responsibilities include but arenot limited to: Bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoicing, handling checks andonline payments, bank and credit card reconciliations, andfinancial reporting Create annual budget and prepare quarterlybudget YTD and EOY reports Close all financial records monthly andprepare monthly reports Process bi-weekly payroll for 9-10 full-and part-time employees Coordinate with banks, vendors, andcontractors. Organize and manage personnel records, database, anddocuments Handle various HR procedures Qualifications for theAccountant & HR Administrator position: Proven work experience asan Accountant/HR/Payroll Administrator, a HR/Payroll AdministrativeAssistant, or other related or relevant role. AR/AP – QuickBooksexperience preferred MS Office computer literacy (Outlook, Word,Excel) Attention to detail, strong organizational and planningskills. Self-starting attitude and work habits with excellentorganizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritizework.
