HR Admin Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-orientedHR Admin with a strong focus on recruiting to join our HumanResources team. This role will support a range of HR functions,with a primary emphasis on driving the recruitment process-from jobposting to onboarding. The position is hybrid, 3 days onsite KeyResponsibilities of the

HR Admin:

Manage full-cycle recruitmentincluding posting job ads, screening resumes, schedulinginterviews, and communicating with candidates. Proactively sourcecandidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards,referrals, etc.) to build talent pipelines for current and futurehiring needs. Coordinate and sometimes participate in interviewsalongside hiring managers; ensure a seamless candidate experiencethroughout the process. Facilitate new hire onboarding includingpreparing offer letters, collecting documentation, and conductingorientation. Assist with general HR functions such as employee filemaintenance, HRIS data entry, and reporting as needed. PreferredQualifications for the

1-3 years of experience in an HRor recruiting-related role Strong organizational and multitaskingskills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability tomaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldpreferred
