Responsibilities:
Reviews, interprets, and enters data with a high degree of accuracy and detail Generates, receives, and maintains confidential and sensitive documentation, files, information, and reports to ensure the security of files and data Maintains confidential employee files and documents and ensure all employment requirements are met Quickly and accurately tracks and files various documents and data with little to no errors Communicates with multiple departments throughout the company to determine data and filing needs Alerts team of any inconsistencies that appear in spreadsheets, employee files, etc and helps resolve these issues Maintains confidence and protects sensitive information for both employees and patients Combines data from multiple systems and sources into more consolidated, easy-to-read spreadsheets and files Sorts through files and eliminates duplicate data and files Organizes and resorts files and spreadsheets to be more user-friendly Cross references data to ensure accuracy and completeness Reconciles weekly Covid tests for all unvaccinated employees Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of data entry or office experience preferred Exemplary attention to detail Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks as needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Proficient with Microsoft products, especially Excel Teamwork mindset
