Job OverviewWe are currently looking for a Human Resources Support Coordinator to join our team onsite in Bruce, Mississippi. This is a Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM position.
As an HR Support Coordinator, you will be:
Providing support and coordination for consistent and effective applications of Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices. Assist Human Resources Business Partners and Supervisor by responding to member queries and providing appropriate solutions to member problems. Performs HR administrative work as directed or needed. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives.
Essential FunctionsCoordinate HR programs, such as tuition reimbursement and service awards, ensuring compliance with guidelines and policiesSupport HRIS systems, including data entry, report generation, and system testingProcess HR transactions, such as new hire paperwork, employee changes, and terminationsProvide support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsMaintain accurate and up-to-date HR data in HR systemsPrepare reports and correspondence related to HR activitiesIdentify and suggest improvements to HR processes and procedures.
Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required QualificationsEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Military Equivalent.
Work Experience:
Minimumof 1 year of related working experience in clerical, administrative, or equivalent.
In addition:
Must be able to work onsite in Bruce, MS without relocation assistance.
Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time.
Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
