Responsibilities:
Support human resources processes by calling applicants, scheduling/conducting interviews, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information. Prepare orientation materials. Perform background checks for potential hires. Audit binders for current licensure. Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data. Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, printing, and filing information. Organize work. Keep payroll binder updated. Sort and distribute checks and pay stubs. Answer the telephone, relay messages, and maintain equipment and supplies. Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential. Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous human resources experience is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. File management and data entry skills. Microsoft Office skills are preferred. Must be a team player with the ability to work independently Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information. EOE M/F/D/V
