Position Overview:

The Employee Service Representative position involves greeting and assisting employees, candidates, and visitors, managing administrative tasks, and supporting HR-related activities and answering phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

+ Greet and welcome visitors, job candidates, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. + Answer and direct calls to the appropriate HR staff members. + Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. + Assist HR personnel with daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. + Makes badges +

Employee and Candidate Support:
