Position Overview:

The Employee Service Representative position involves greeting and assisting employees, candidates, and visitors, managing administrative tasks, and supporting HR-related activities and answering phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:

Greet and welcome visitors, job candidates, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct calls to the appropriate HR staff members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Assist HR personnel with daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Makes badges

Employee and Candidate Support:

Provide general HR information to employees and candidates regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing materials and guiding new hires through HR processes.
Handle sensitive HR-related information with discretion and confidentiality.

Skills and Qualifications:
