Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources Manager in day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, recordkeeping, communication, and employee support services to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports. Coordinate training sessions, performance review schedules, and other employee engagement activities. Manage HR-related inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources. Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing HR documents. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations by maintaining up-to-date records and assisting in audits. Taking Job orders and processing all orders. Excel experience is a MUST.
